With the deregulation of domain name registrars, you now have more choices of where to register your domain name. Deregulation has increased competition and we, the general public, receive the benefits in price reductions. A few of the registrars you can use are:

- Low Cost Domains - currently $24.00 / year
- Internet Names World Wide - currently $35.00 / year
- Network Solutions - currently $35.00 / year
- Registrars.com - currently $35.00 / year
If you choose to register your domain name through a hosting service or developer, check to make sure the domain name will be registered to you or your company. The bill for the domain registration should come directly to you from the registrar.
New domain name extensions are periodically released. It is prudent on your part as a business to purchase relevant extensions for your domain name. For instance, if you own mycompany.com, you would want to purchase mycompany.net, mycompany.biz, etc.
Note: We can redirect up to three additional domain names to a single domain. So if you owned mycompany.com, net and biz, you could have .net and .biz automatically go to the .com address.
