Project scope:
Southwest District provides for the health care needs of Southwest Idaho residents. The site includes information about the public health services they provide to the residents of the six Southwest Idaho counties on a daily basis and provides access to the latest in news releases and articles of public health interest and importance.
The site provides information on how to access services like septic system permits and inspections, water quality and testing, food establishment licensing and inspections, as well as personal health services such as communicable disease investigation, reporting and treatment, breast and cervical cancer screening, family planning, and childhood, adult and overseas travel immunizations.
Nutritional counseling and services like the national Women's, Infant's, and Children's (WIC) nutritional supplement and counseling services are also highlighted. Also, you'll find schedules of clinic and screening program times and locations as well as community health education services and activities.
Design components: Site design of all graphics and color schemes including landing page, navigation menu, and online forms for project estimates and general contact.
