Project scope:
Located in Boise, Idaho, Record Search America provides their customer with public record searches for civil services, corporate and registered agent services, real estate, pre-employment, tenant screening and background checks , researching and retrieving legal documents in all public record organizations.
In additional to the normal design components we also created an order application. Due to the sensitive nature of the data that Record Search America works with it was necessary that all orders be encrypted.
After a customer creates an account a randomly generated account number is generated and email to the client for placing future orders. The customer then selects the type of search to perform and enters the appropriate data.
Depending on the order type, an email notification is sent to the employee who processes those searches. They securely login to the system to view and process all new orders. New orders are then printed and marked as processed and they are then archived for later retrieval if necessary. Record Search America enters their own internal account number for the client with their account so their record keeping process is simplified. New account orders cannot be closed until an internal account number has been assigned.
