Project scope: Nothing enhances a life like the peaceful bliss of beauty. Postcards Home restores history by bringing the one-of-a-kind luxuries of the world to your home. Postcards Home limited edition furniture, art, décor and specialty items will have you longing for the refined lifestyle that surrounds the very soul with beauty, comfort, and nostalgia.
As one of the premier design firms for the most elite clientele, the founders of Postcards Home were always on the hunt for the perfect piece of furniture, art, tile, or décor that would be the crowning touch.
It was such a desire that founded the concept behind Postcards Home LLC. Bringing the luxuries of the world to your home. The hunt for perfection was underway. The founders determined that they would find the most beautiful items for the home and offer them on a limited edition basis only.
Design components: New site design consisting of all graphics, including the menu system, image design and site layout. All design components were produced as original artwork and then translated to the site design.
Graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Programming languages: VB Script, Java, JavaScript and HTML.
Shopping Cart: The site uses our in-house developed shopping cart. The cart had to be customized to require site visitors to register with Postcards Home before viewing the price of an item.
