Project Scope: Mountain Ridge provides quality property management and superior customer service specializing in single family homes, apartments, townhouses, duplexes, and small complexes.
They are proactive in every aspect of property managemet assisting owners in attaining their overall investment goal while promoting a high standard of business ethics, integrity, and professionalism. With a hands-on management approach they offer residents a quality renting experience which extends occupancy terms resulting in high resident retention. They manage rental properties located in Boise, Meridian, and Eagle Idaho.
User Tools: Graphical interface allowing Mountain Ridge Property Management to maintain their rental properties including all content, images, address, links to Google maps, school districts, etc. and also rental articles. The site is part of a multi-site project that will expand out into other areas of Idaho.
Design Components: We produced a new logo and identity package and all design components for the web site.
Graphic Editors: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Programming Languages: VB Script, Java, JavaScript and HTML.
