Project scope:
Jem Machine Inc., is an internationally recognized leader in the field of sawmill machinery and equipment. Established in 1983 they offer the lumber industry a full product line of used sawmill capital equipment. they also offer consultation and appraisals for financing, liquidation, insurance and taxation purposes. The site was redesigned from with an entirely new design incorporating flash and image rollovers. User Tools: We created a series of graphical tools that allows Jem Machine employees to add in their inventory, assign it to a machinery category, create new categories if needed, upload images and make any item the Special of the Month and upload an Adobe PDF flier for each item. Since all their inventory is one-of-a-kind we set the database to delete all images related to a product when it's sold. Design components: Site design of all graphics and color scheme, navigation menu, and online forms to gather and report data. Graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Programming languages: VB Script, Java, JavaScript and HTML. Web Hosting: Powered by Eagles Consulting. |
