In all applications and internet sites we develop, we employ a step-by-step methodology to help us produce the exact product or site you are contracting for.
Initial Analysis: In the initial phase of the project we request that you produce a formal Request for Proposal for our review. We can help you develop this if necessary. After reviewing your RFP, our consultants will work with you to fully understand your business model. This would include your structure, products, market (including any demographic and future projected markets). With this information we will be able to fully understand the scope of your project, how it will be used, how it will expand your company's brand recognition and your expectations.
Concept: Using the information gathered in the analysis phase, the next step is the development of the concept and content. Developing the concept and content allows us to identify all components of the project, including deliverables you will need to supply. Examples might be print media, logo and/or graphic development, databases, contact forms, etc.Deliverables: Using the information gathered we will produce a project outline, information diagram, any functional specifications and a project proposal.
Production: After you have approved of the analysis and concepts for the project, the actual production begins. This includes programming, design of any needed databases, graphics. Functional testing is performed at critical points in the production process. We do all of our initial development on a development server and you will be given a username and password to log into a web site where you can review the status of your project.Our deliverables: Overall concept and content document and any associated costs for production and media, such as production of brochures, etc.
Client deliverables: Any text, graphics, logos, etc. that you will provide for the development of the project. Providing content will not only expedite the development of your project, especially a web site, but it will also help you manage your investment and provide you with a quicker return on your investment.
Project Release: After the completion of all programming and approval by the client, the final web site is uploaded to the hosting server and final testing and review is completed.Deliverables: Project web site with username and password, ongoing review of project.
Deliverables: If you wish, we will also produce a website standards manual and a plan to maintain your site for you.
