The Idaho-E. Oregon
Onion Promotion Committee is a cooperative marketing association
of onion growers and packers. As the premier onion growing region
in the country, they produce nearly 50% of the country's Spanish
onions.
TASK
After many years of decreasing sales,
the Committee requested that we research perceptions surroundings
their brand and offer recommendations for improving their market
share.
RESULTS
We conducted a national survey of their customer categories and
identified key elements that impacted their brand. Changes were
successfully implemented to strengthen their brand and position
with buyers on a national scale.
